Our main office at 52 Tom Miller Rd is REOPENING for in-person visits starting July 6, 2020. We will continue to see stable patients or high risk patients via telemedicine video visits. Please call our main number at 518-324-4000 it you need to confirm your appointment. We have taken steps to make your visit to our office safe for you and our staff. Please note the following important guidelines and instructions If you have had a change in insurance or address please communicate those changes with our staff by phone before your visit. If you have a temperature over 100.4, cough, new shortness of breath, muscle aches or sore throat please call us first before your appointment. We will likely need to reschedule you. (We do not provide COVID-19 testing here at our office). If you have been told to quarantine by public health we will also reschedule your appointment YOU MUST WEAR A MASK to your appointment One visitor per patient When you arrive please follow our 3-step check in process in our entrance (vestibule) before you come to the reception desk. DO NOT WALK DIRECTLY INTO OFFICE TO OUR FRONT DESK. Our 3-step process is very simple 1) answer a few questions, 2) Check your temperature, 3) Sanitize your hands and ensure mask is on (visitor must have mask as well). Please use our TOUCHLESS handicap door openers (REMEMBER, The less you touch, the less risk of COVID exposure)
